The manor house sleeps 24 people in the main house and on the lower ground floor are another two bedrooms. The house is set within five acres of lawns and woodland for you to enjoy at your leisure.

The house is available throughout the year and is ideal for family gatherings, exclusive holidays, parties, weddings, corporate events and team building exercises.
Exclusive Use House
Located north of Scotland's oil capital, Aberdeen, this is a luxury "exclusive use house " where the main house sleeps 24, with 8 individually designed double bedrooms, and 2 family suites. All but one of the bedrooms has en-suite or private bathrooms. The bedrooms with their luxury fabrics, designer rugs and high ceilings, give a sense of tranquility and space.
The bedrooms are dressed with sumptuous fabrics and their own personalised decor. Many have open log fires and original cornicing. For example, there's the Highlands room, with unusual tartan curtains, and a huge matching mirror above the open fireplace. There is a 4 poster bed and to crown it all, a wrought iron stag peers down from the main light!
The house also has 4 elegant reception rooms - a large drawing room with the original marble fireplace, a similarly spacious dining room with Regency wallpaper and cream drapes; a study to while away the hours with a good book and the homely "Red Room" which is a favourite for an after-dinner tipple.
There is also a large home cinema with comfy sofas and a table tennis room for the more energetic. The large modern kitchen has a solid oak table where guests often congregate. It is well equipped, with two hobs, two sinks, three ovens, two dishwashers etc.
For particularly large parties two extra triple en-suite bedrooms plus their own kitchen/sitting room are available at extra cost. With this accommodation, the house sleeps 30 people.
Dolphin Cruises
Take the family on a dolphin cruise to view the resident bottlenose dolphins, porpoises and grey and common seals all year round. Summer visitors to the Firth include minke whales and the occasional basking shark!
Moray Motor Museum
The Moray Motor Museum houses a superb collection of veteran, vintage, classic cars and motorbikes. Most of which are on the button ready to go. Added to this are the model cars and automobilia which make this a visit not be missed.
For golfers,there's no shortage of golf courses throughout Aberdeenshire and within easy reach of the property. If you are up for the challenge, the famous links championship course of Cruden Bay Golf Club is only 25 miles away.
There are various options for fishing in the North East of Scotland. Choose from sea fishing to fishing for salmon on the rivers Spey, Dee, Don and Deveron. There is also excellent trout fishing to be found in the Aberdeenshire area.
